How to Order Allocated Tickets Online
1. Go to www.jazzcellars.com
2. Click on the "login" link at the top right of the Jazz Cellars home page.
3. Enter your email address (username) and your password. The password is usually set to be your last name (lower case) followed by your 5 digit billing zip code unless you have changed it. If that does not work, go back to the login and click on the "forgot your username or password" link and you'll be able to reset your password.
Or, you can always send us an email and we will email you back your login info.
4. Once you have logged in, you will be back at the home page. You will see a link at the top right that says "Hello your first name." Click on that and you will go to your profile page.
5. On the left side menu, select Allocations. That will take you to the ticket ordering page where you can select the number of tickets you'd like to purchase.
